Programme:

DAY 1

• visit to Naples (Polish & Slovak students guided by Italian students)

DAY 2

• going to Ravello Amalfi Vietri

Ravello: a beautiful village on the Amalfi coast, where the famous Ravello festival takes place (UNESCO World Heritage site), its unique architectonic and artistic masterpiece Villa Rufolo with its beautiful gardens

Amalfi: a unique village of the ancient Maritime Republic (UNESCO World Heritage site)

Vietri: known for its pottery

DAY 3

• a day in the school

Welcome

Meeting with the students and teachers, talk about project activities

Workshop: preparing a logo and an advertising slogan for each partner country

                    painting the logo and the slogan on T-shirts in teams

presenting the final products

fashion show performed by Liceo Statale Don Gnocchi students

Sightseeing tour in Maddaloni

Evening party: socialising event for students and teachers with a big, unforgettable (and emotional) surprise

DAY 4  

• visit to a medieval village Casertavecchia and Campania Amphitheatre, the second biggest in the world
• guided tour in The Royal Palace in Caserta

DAY 5

• Mount Vesuvius hiking
• sightseeing tour in Ercolano (Herculaneum), the ancient city destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius

DAY 6

• students´ “farewell“ breakfast in Caserta (hosts and guests)
• evaluation of the 2nd learning/teaching activity
